Monday, July 17, sees the next regular meeting of the Reading AGLOW group.
This month they will welcome Kirstie Dolphin from St Matthew’s Church in Southcote.
She is a curate at the church, where she serves alongside her husband Pads, who is also a vicar.
They have two grown-up children and one grandchild.
Kirstie says she grew up in the church, but wandered away as a teenager, living the next 25 years as if God did not exist.
Tomorrow night she will share her story of how she came to faith.
The event is aimed at women, but men are also welcome and the meeting takes place from 7.30pm at Southcote Christian Mission RG30 3BL.
Entry is £5 or free for first timers. It includes refreshments.
