On Thursday night there’s a great chance to experience the amazing Watoto Children’s Choir.
The group will be in Finchampstead to present their latest show, Signs and Wonders.
The choir are all orphans and other vulnerable children, and for their show, they will present new worship music from Watoto Church in Uganda and invite audiences to expect an encounter with God.
Through the power of their testimonies the children will share stories of how their lives have been changed, and how they have been called into a life of purpose to transform their communities. Each story will declare the miracle of transformation – from darkness to light; from despair to hope; from loss to purpose; from fear to faith.
Audiences will be given the opportunity to respond by partnering with Watoto Church to rescue vulnerable women and children in Africa, raise them up as leaders, so they can rebuild their nation. Through song, dance and stories the children will proclaim the good news of the salvation that is available for all.
The show will be held at the FBC Centre in Gorse Ride North from 6.30pm (note time – it’s slightly earlier than usual concerts) on Thursday, May 25. Entry is free.
